Issues such as sluggish issue resolution, lack of accountability, unregistered deposits, inadequate credit checks, delayed rent payments, and exorbitant overcharging were rampant. In egregious cases, properties under management fell afoul of housing regulations, leading to substantial fines for landlords.
Since our establishment, Extra Rent has rapidly tried to prominence as an independent property management firm in London. Right from the outset, we set the bar high, striving for 100% client satisfaction.
